Nursing Clinical Ladder Advancement Program Back To Top
For some nurses, making the most of their skills means moving up without moving away from the bedside. The purpose of this advancement program is to ensure the growth of our nurses while enhancing the quality of our patient care. This program is available to both RNs and LPNs with differential compensation applying at the various levels.
Laboratory Clinical Ladder Advancement Program Back To Top
Medical Technologists provide essential expertise to our clinical laboratory team and the treatments we offer. Upon completing six months of employment here, Medical Technologists will be eligible for specialized career development opportunities. The goal of our Clinical Ladder Advancement Program is to give Medical Technologists an opportunity to gain experience and follow a clear path to professional growth, with differential compensation applying at the various levels.

Perioperative Nurse Internship Program Back To Top
Here at Holy Cross Hospital, we realize that perioperative nurses require specialized training beyond what is provided in conventional nursing programs. That’s why we’ve partnered with AORN to create a specialized course that’s offered once a year, and tailored to educating nurses in the care of pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative patients.
